Online Live Sessions of Yoga for Surfing
Stretch and strengthen all your surfing muscles.
It complements surfing perfectly as it builds strength, flexibility, balance and reduce chronic aches and pains. Also is useful to heal and prevent injuries. As well is a good way to increase your flexibility, and improved your balance, coordination and range of motion.
To gain more flexibility, it is worth practicing yoga regularly and consistently in order to build muscle memory. Continuously and repeatedly performing poses and holding them increases your strength.
Also, is a great way to start your day improving you mental clarity and increasing your energy.
- 💻 Virtual via Zoom (IP) Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. 8 am (GMT -3 ARG Time)
Live session will be held over Zoom.
The zoom link and password will be sent to your emails address 15 minutes after the lesson began.
You'll be abble to participate by just using your phone or computer, wherever you are.
